SHIPPING POLICIES

   -All dry goods are shipped using sendle or auspost at our discression for a FLAT RATE of $13

Please select the Dry goods option for shipping in the cart.       There is no guarantee against damage & breakage in transit, additional insurance can be purchased on request.

-We are NOT currently shipping fish due to unreliability of arrival dates.

Please message us if you would like to discuss this further as we do offer local area delivery.

-Live & dry goods cannot be sent in the same shipment,please select the correct shipping option in the shipping cart. If purchasing live fish and drygoods  a seperate order will have to be processed for each.

RETURN POLICY

-Dry goods items are covered by manufacturers warranty .

In the event of a warranty or damage claim an email must be submitted with details of the claim and pictures if required.

Postage costs are not refundable for any warranty claims
